Yes — gel polish must be cured under a UV or LED nail lamp to harden and bond properly. Our polish is compatible with all standard UV/LED lamps (36W or higher recommended). If you don't have a lamp yet, check our starter kit which includes everything you need.

Our 9-free formula means our gel polish is free from 9 potentially harmful chemicals including formaldehyde, toluene, DBP (dibutyl phthalate), formaldehyde resin, camphor, TPHP, xylene, acetone, and parabens. This makes it safer for regular use and suitable for most sensitive skin types.

With proper application — using our base coat, 2 color coats, and top coat — our gel polish lasts 3 to 4 weeks chip-free. Results can vary depending on nail prep, lamp wattage, and daily activities. We recommend our full GlowWithDrop base and top coat system for the best longevity.

1. Prep nails — file, push back cuticles, buff gently, wipe with lint-free wipe.
2. Apply base coat — cure 60 sec (LED) / 120 sec (UV).
3. Apply first color coat thinly — cure 60 sec (LED) / 120 sec (UV).
4. Apply second color coat — cure again.
5. Apply top coat — cure 60 sec (LED) / 120 sec (UV).
6. Wipe sticky layer with cleanser if needed. Done!

Never peel or force gel polish off — this damages the nail plate. The proper removal method: lightly buff the top coat, soak cotton pads in 100% acetone, place on nails, wrap in foil, wait 10–15 minutes, then gently slide off. Follow with cuticle oil to rehydrate nails.

Common causes: lamp wattage too low (use 36W+ LED), coats applied too thick (thin is better), lamp bulbs need replacing, or the nail surface wasn't properly prepped. Make sure to cap the free edge of each nail with each coat for the best seal and cure.

We ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days of order placement. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on orders over $50. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days.
