We want you to love your GlowWithDrop products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

Email us at glowwithdrop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day
Ship the item back using the provided label
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened gel polish bottles cannot be returned unless they are defective. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days.
