Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Threshold

All orders over $50.00 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska (extended transit times may apply).

  • Expedited Shipping — $9.99 · 2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping — $19.99 · Next business day (order by 12pm ET)

Estimated delivery times are in addition to processing time and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons (holidays, sales events).

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • United Kingdom — From $12.99 · 7–14 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand — From $14.99 · 7–14 business days
  • Europe (select countries) — From $12.99 · 7–14 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping method). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GlowWithDrop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your property, with neighbors, or with building management.
  • Contact the carrier to file a missing package claim.
  • Email us at glowwithdrop@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and email them to glowwithdrop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We accept PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Standard USPS shipping is used for these addresses and estimated transit times may be longer.
