These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GlowWithDrop website at glowwithdrop.beauty (the "Site") and your purchase of products from GlowWithDrop ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About GlowWithDrop

GlowWithDrop is an online retailer of professional-grade UV and LED gel nail polish and related beauty products. The Site is operated by GlowWithDrop and is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Our store is governed by Shopify's platform terms in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device screen. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

Our gel polish products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. They require a UV or LED lamp for curing. Always follow the application instructions included with your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at glowwithdrop@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through our returns process.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. GlowWithDrop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our full Returns Policy for details. In summary: unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened gel polish bottles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the "GlowWithDrop" name and branding — is the exclusive property of GlowWithDrop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written permission.

9. AI Try-On Feature

Our AI Try-On tool is provided for informational and visualization purposes only. Results are simulated and may not precisely reflect how a color will appear on your specific nails or skin tone. Use of this feature does not constitute a guarantee of product appearance. Any images you upload are processed in real time and are not stored or used for any other purpose.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: submitting false or fraudulent orders, scraping or harvesting data from the Site, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, and using the Site to transmit harmful or offensive content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlowWithDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowWithDrop and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

This Site is powered by Shopify Inc. Your use of the checkout and payment processing features is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may also use third-party services for analytics and marketing; their respective terms apply independently.
